How long does it take to complete a job?
Most small engraving jobs are completed within 1-2 days. However, the exact timeline can vary depending on factors like design complexity, quantity, artwork requirements, setup time, material needs, our current workload, and unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide a personalised estimate based on your specific project details.
Is there a rush option available?
Yes, we do lots of last minute small engraving for no extra charge where possible. We also offer a premium rush service for those who need their engraving completed more quickly even when we are booked out. Please note that there may be an additional fee for rush orders, and the exact turnaround time will depend on our current workload and the complexity of your project.

How can I find out the cost of your services?
Basic text engraving from $25
Personalise your Drink Bottle or other project. Pick from our current list of popular fonts hand picked by either us or previous customers, or find something truly unique at Dafont.com. You can also use the preview option to see exactly what your words look like.
This price includes custom font choice, design setup and laser engraving.
Logo Engraving from $25
Got existing digital artwork? We can engrave your high-quality logo (we need a clear black and white image JPG, PNG, SVG or PDF - no photos or shading). We can engrave on a variety of materials!
Combo Engraving from $35
Want both? Get a text and logo design starting at $35!
Photo Engraving from $25
We can even engrave realistic photos on a variety of materials!
Need Help?
We can assist with different font selections, layout and logo design for an additional fee. The more you choose yourself, the lower the cost.
But we're always happy to help create the perfect design for a low hourly rate!

What pick up and delivery options do you offer?
We offer flexible same day pick up and delivery services to meet your needs if required starting from $25.
How can I pay for my order?
Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers to our account are accepted.
Cash: Please bring the exact amount if possible, as we may have limited change available.
Online Payments: Emailed invoices will include a link to our secure online payment portal powered by STRIPE, where you can pay with a credit card.
Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards in-person at our office however there is an extra fee.
